Women who miss feeling like themselves but got lost somewhere in the grind.
Between work, taking care of everyone else, and just trying to keep up with life—they don't recognize the person staring back at them anymore.
If that's you, I get it. And the exhaustion you feel? It's not a you problem. It's a strategy problem.
I'm not here to hand you another rigid plan that only works if you have unlimited time and zero responsibilities.
We build habits around movement that give you energy back, eating that doesn't feel stressful or off-limits, and ways to support your body so you're not completely wiped by mid-afternoon.
Here's what I've figured out: looking good is nice. But feeling strong when you move, comfortable in your own skin, and like your brain isn't swimming through fog? That's when everything shifts.
No extremes. No guilt. No "I'll start over Monday" cycles.
Just habits that work with your actual life—the calm days, the chaotic ones, and everything in between.
Because there's something powerful about genuinely liking how it feels to be in your own body. And you deserve to feel that way again.

✅ Lock It In For Life
You won't find quick fixes here. This is about locking in sustanable systems for life.
Real transformation isn't just about what you do in the gym or what's on your plate. It's what happens when your body feels strong, your mind feels clear, and you're not constantly running on fumes. That's why we work with the whole picture—strength training, nutrition, and practices that actually support your nervous system instead of draining it. Because lasting change doesn't happen when you're only working on one piece. It happens when everything works together.

I'm a triple-certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Yoga Teacher—but honestly? Those credentials came after I completely fell apart.
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I was a competitive gymnast, an NBA cheerleader, someone who genuinely loved moving my body. But despite all of that, I found myself totally disconnected from everything—my body, my confidence, my drive.
How does that even happen?
Life.
In less than two years, I lost my dad suddenly. Watched one of my closest friends end up in the hospital, which was a harsh reminder that being young doesn't make us invincible. Got unexpectedly laid off. Everything just... crumbled.

I felt numb. I didn't recognize myself anymore. That energetic, confident version of me? Gone.
Then something clicked: I get to create my life exactly how I want it.
No one was coming to fix this for me. I had to take control.
I wanted to feel strong again. I wanted to feel good in my clothes. And more than anything, I wanted to feel like myself—
confident and actually present in my life instead of just going through the motions.
At first, I tried getting back in the gym. But I couldn't stay consistent, and strength training alone wasn't cutting it. I needed something deeper.
So I took a leap and invested in a month-long yoga teacher training that I was calling "spiritual bootcamp." I knew I needed structure, accountability, and a fast track back to myself.
And it worked.
Adding yoga and mindfulness practices shifted everything. But I couldn't stay in that bubble forever—I had to figure out how
to bring it into real life.
So I created my own approach: strength training + holistic nutrition + yoga and mindfulness practices.
I wanted to look like the girl who never skipped leg day AND feel like a clear-headed yogi who wasn't running on fumes.
This time, it stuck.
My energy came back. My confidence skyrocketed. My relationships got better because I wasn't showing up half-checked-out anymore.
Most importantly? I felt like me again.
Hard things happen in life. And I'm sensitive—I feel grief, heartbreak, and loss with every fiber of my being. In the last five years, my fitness has pulled me through in ways I can't fully explain.
It's kept me moving when I wanted to stay stuck.
It's let me feel proud of my body even on days when everything else felt hard.
It's reminded me what I'm truly capable of.
There's something powerful about genuinely liking how it feels to be in your own body.
That's the real reason coaching has been so fulfilling—I get to support women who want to feel this way too, no matter what else is going on.
I help them see beyond what fitness can do aesthetically and create routines they actually love—ones that fit into THIS
chapter of their life.
Because here's what I know: you deserve to feel strong, confident, and fully present in your own life.
And I'm here to show you how.
